It is strange how I periodically go through these cycles where I have a hard time sleeping. Specifically, I have a hard time staying asleep. I wake up earlier than I want to, still feeling exhausted, but unable to do anything about it.
Then, I get a few little bits of work or small errands done in the morning before spending the afternoon feeling completely drained and unable to focus on much of anything. I end up getting a bit of sleep, but not enough to feel rested.
By the evening or early night, I might start feeling a bit more like myself. However, by that point, I shouldn't be up for too much longer.
Not sure why this happens. Currently, I wonder if it is the weather or my diet (as I have been eating simpler things for the past week, as my usual vegetable stand is out of the selection I normally buy).
In any case, hopefully I am feeling more myself, tomorrow,
